Bingo Rules and Requirements
If you have friends / family
working Bingos for, or with you, please ensure they are also
aware of these rules: Kensington arrival times: Please be at the Bingo Hall at 11:00 AM for afternoon Bingos and at 5:00 PM for evening Bingos (special Bingos may require you to be at the hall at 4:30).

All card sellers are required to walk the floor (through the tables) while selling their Bonanzas / Odd & Evens / Satellites, etc. Once you have cashed out, you may walk the but please be sure to be available to call back winning Bingos. · Please be sure to hand in money every time you pick up cards. Try to make sure you are selling an equal amount of cards as those around you (keeping busy helps make your evening pass by quicker). · Be sure to order your food 5 – 10 minutes before your break. If you miss your break time, check with your Chair-person to reschedule. · Please watch your break time closely. We are required to have a certain number of workers on the floor at all times. If the next shift of workers are starting to come in on their break, you need to get back out on the floor. Shortage of workers on the floor can affect our club. · Smoke breaks are allowed during your scheduled break. Please be courteous to the other smokers so you all can have equal time. · Washroom breaks require that you remove your apron & leave it at the office.
Registration Rules: · Please mark your Bingo dates on your calendar. It is your responsibility to ensure someone shows up for your Bingo. Kathleen will give you a courtesy call within the week prior to your Bingo as a reminder, but if you can not attend, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement. · Due to the limited number of Bingos available to us this year, it is imperative you work your assigned Bingo - we unfortunately do not have availability to reschedule any cancellations. If unable to attend, you may switch Bingos with a friend or offer to pay someone to work for you. But please ensure they are aware of the Bingo rules before they work for you. If you can not find a replacement and do not show up, your cheque will be cashed. · In the event of an NSF cheque, the player(s) will not be allowed to skate with their team until the director has received both the cheque value plus additional NSF charges from the parent.
· Continual no-shows at Bingos
(2 consecutive or more) will unfortunately become “Cash
Basis Only” for future registrations.
** Weekday Afternoon and Late Night Bingos = 2 Credits
Extra Bingos: If you would like to work extra Bingos to help towards your hockey fees call Kathleen (the SMHSC Bingo Coordinator) at 473-7977. As of June 1st, 2007 Bingo Chit amounts went up to $40 for singles and $75 for doubles.
